Description Invitation To Bid For The Purchase Of 20,960 Liters Of Diesel For Flood Control Project 1. The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-six Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos (p1,356,112.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of 20,960 Liters Diesel For Flood Control Project With Pr No. Bac-pb-24-03-0061. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By As Needs Arises For 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
