The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Twenty-nine Thousand, Three Hundred Ninety - Five Pesos [p 2,029,395.00] Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Materials For Use In The Drainage Improvement Of Purok Himaya, Brgy. Mansilingan With P.r. No. Bac-pb-24-05-0094. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
