The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Six Hundred Three Pesos And 90/100 [p 1,951,603.90] Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of 11 Sets Computer Desktop & 20 Sets Laptop For Cpdo Use For City And Barangay Information System With Pr# Bac-pb-24-05-0103. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
