The Purpose Of The Dialogue Meetings Is To Gain Insight Into The Extent To Which The Market Can Offer Shared Digital User Equipment/av Equipment Delivered As A Comprehensive Service For All Businesses And Buildings Where Bærum Municipality Is Responsible For Such Shared Equipment. The Main Preference Is That The New Tenderer Takes Overall Responsibility For A Comprehensive Service, Covering The Entire Lifecycle From The Need Occurring To Adaptation, Installation, Management, Support, Disposal, Etc. The Aim Is Not To Replace The Existing Equipment, And The Selected Tenderer Must Also Be Able To Provide Support And Service On The Existing Equipment. The Dialogue Format Will Mainly Be Based On Written Input, Combined With One-to-one Meetings. The Purpose Of The Written Input Is To Get An Overall Description Of The Tenderer's System And Feedback Related To The Questions Raised In Section 6 Of The Attached Documentation. The Written Input Should Be Submitted In Advance Of The Meetings. If The Contracting Authority Receives A Large Number Of Registrations For Dialogue Meetings, We Reserve The Right To Consider Reducing The Number Of Tenderers With Whom Meetings Are Held. It Should Be Noted That Participation In The Dialogue Meetings Is Neither Necessary Nor Required To Participate In The Subsequent Contest. The Meetings Will Be Confidential And For The Internal Use Of The Working Group In The Municipality Only. Input From The Dialogue May Be Used In The Subsequent Contest. Written Input Should Only Be At The General Level And Up To 4 Pages.
