The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years * Experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years * Details of works underway or contractually committed * Clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed: * The bidder should have achieved a minimum average financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works over the last 3 years of 80% of the estimated value put to tender * The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a value of at least 80% of the estimated value put to tender * The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work of a Govt. Building Project value not less than Rs. 3,71,44,000.00 (Rupees Three Crore Seventy One Lakh Forty four Thousand) only, which is approximately 80% of the bid value, during the last five years.
