The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works, which is defined as construction/re-conductoring of 33KV & 11 KV line with MVCC and LT line. The bidder should have either of the following: - 3 similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - 2 similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - 1 similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience should be substantiated through a certificate issued by an Engineer not below the rank of DGM/CEO along with supporting copies of the work executed under any reputed utility/department. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated cost of the tender, calculated based on the maximum value of electrical works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year. The bidder needs to provide information on the value of work completed, balance value of work to be completed, and balance value of work at the current price level, in Rs. in Lakhs. The bidder also needs to provide information on the percentage of participation in the project. The experience can be substantiated through one of the following: - 3 similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - 2 similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - 1 similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in carrying out electrification work similar to this work. The bidder is also required to provide details of works done with value within the last three years. The bidder is required to provide the maximum value of work in one financial year during the last 5 years, and the updated value of the work to the current price level. The figures mentioned should be supported by relevant copies of the Work Order/LOA and the corresponding Completion Certificates.
