Dynamic purchasing system: dynamic purchase system for the supply of storage cabin (463-1) The objective of this dynamic purchasing system (sdc) is to standardize suppliers for the contracting over the next 4 years of the supply, installation, start-up and maintenance of the equipment necessary for the expansion of the storage cabins of the city council of pamplona, ??which allows absorb vegetative and non-vegetative growth known from the municipal environment.Over the next 4 years it is planned to expand the storage cabins of the pamplona city council to have some cabins that must be capable of containing all the data currently contained in the 3par cabins installed in the infrastructures of the pamplona city council with a value gross of 222tib. the objective of this sdc is to advance as much as possible the procedures that the foral law of public contracts of navarra obliges animsa, complying with the principles of concurrence, publicity, equality and objectivity, leaving for the moment in which they arise the purchase needs to carry out less administrative processing. in this way, the process is made as agile as possible and better contracting is guaranteed, transparently establishing the conditions that the chosen suppliers must meet and reflecting in the sdc the reality of the market for this type of product, whose technological evolution is constant.
