The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work in Central Government / PSUs / State Government or other Government agencies / experience certificate of private limited companies, during the last 07 years. The experience requirements are as follows: 1) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost each, 2) Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost each, 3) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,91,66,000, and the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least 30% of this amount, which is Rs. 1,17,49,800. In terms of specific values, the three similar completed works should cost not less than 40% of Rs. 3,91,66,000, which is Rs. 1,56,66,400 each. The two similar completed works should cost not less than 50% of Rs. 3,91,66,000, which is Rs. 1,95,83,000 each. The one similar completed work should cost not less than 80% of Rs. 3,91,66,000, which is Rs. 3,13,32,800. If the bidder submits experience documents of having completed similar works where the cost of completion of work is lesser than the amount mentioned, the value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening.
