Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Required Delivery Period And Delivery Place Shall Be As Follows: Delivery Period: Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
