Contract notice: Drugs with the active substance combination elbasvir and grazoprevir (atc: j05ap54) The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with § 130c para. 1 sgb v i.v.m. § 130a para. 8 sgb v on drugs with the active ingredient combination elbasvir and grazoprevir (atc: j05ap54) as part of a so-called "open-house model". With the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies will be able to conclude or join a discount contract according to § 130c para. 1 sgb v i.v.m. § 130a para. 8 sgb v for the active ingredients mentioned under section b. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given under i.1). The earliest start of the contract is April 1st, 2022. based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. the contract ends on 03/31/2024, regardless of the beginning of the contract. should the aok saxony-anhalt advertise exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract period in accordance with the relevant public procurement regulations, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual regulations. this publication does not involve the award of a public contract in the within the meaning of § 103 GWB or public procurement law. in order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, the publication takes place in the supplement to the official gazette of the european union. in the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. the resulting conceptual specifications, such as the procedure designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this disclosure form and the publication platform.
