Contract notice: measures of occupational health promotion - bgf screenings This publication is not about the award of a public contract within the meaning of § 103 gwb or public procurement law. in order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, the publication takes place in the supplement to the official gazette of the european union. in the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. the resulting conceptual specifications, such as the procedure designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this disclosure form and the publication platform. a further meaning, in particular a submission to public procurement regulations, insofar as they are not obligatory for legal reasons, is not associated with this. the aok sachsen-anhalt - the health insurance fund - is looking for cooperation partners/service providers state-wide within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". for the implementation of specific analyzes in the field of health-promoting work and lifestyle. with the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested cooperation partners/service providers are offered the opportunity to conclude or join an agreement on services for workplace health promotion as a contribution to strengthening health structures in the company. a prerequisite for the conclusion of the agreement is that the interested cooperation partner/service provider has the measures according to the living environment/setting approach in the fields of action: - work that promotes movement and physically active employees - healthy nutrition in everyday work - stress management and resource strengthening - behavioral addiction prevention by specialists a state-recognized professional or academic qualification with knowledge and skills in health promotion and prevention, including system knowledge of the legal responsibilities and in particular in the areas of process and project management and organizational development (analogous to the prevention guidelines, chapter 6.7, page 116). the contract can be concluded at any time and under the same conditions. individual contract negotiations are not carried out. the contract term is a maximum of 57 months; the earliest start of the contract is april 1st, 2022. all contracts end no later than december 31, 2026, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. you can join or conclude a contract at any time during the contract period.The aok sachsen-anhalt is looking for cooperation partners/service providers across the state to implement behavioral preventive measures based on specific analyzes in the field of health-promoting work and lifestyle in accordance with the prevention principles: work that promotes exercise and physically active employees, healthy nutrition at the workplace, stress management and resource strengthening and behaviour-related addiction
