Contract notice: conclusion of non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v in the way of a so-called open-house model for the active ingredient icatibant (atc code according to who: b06ac02) The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with section 130a para. 8 sgb v on medicinal products with the active ingredient icatibant (atc code according to who: b06ac02). the contract is concluded within the framework of a so-called open-house model, i.E. h. a contract is open to all interested pharmaceutical companies during the participation period, provided they meet and accept the participation requirements. as a result, individual contract negotiations are not conducted and there is no (delivery) exclusivity. please note that the purchase quantity is unknown, as this depends on demand and the development of the number of insured persons, the prescription behavior of doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. accordingly, minimum purchase quantities are not guaranteed. for further information, please refer to point ii.2.4) of the notice.Interested pharmaceutical companies can download the participation documents from the project room of the german procurement portal (dtvp). to do this, an application for access to the project room is first required. after the activation by the client, the participation documents can then be accessed. the participation documents (discount agreement in duplicate, self-declaration that there are no grounds for exclusion within the meaning of §§ 123, 124 gwb, declaration of conformity) are to be sent in writing by post and electronically in advance ( to be submitted as a scan by e-mail or electronically signed by e-mail) to the address given under i.1). for all further submission deadlines, please refer to the "submission deadlines" annex in the project room. timely receipt of the application to participate by the client as a scan by e-mail or electronically signed by e-mail is sufficient to meet the deadline; the original written contracts must be submitted immediately. if the day of the submission deadline is a saturday, sunday or national holiday, the next working day takes the place of such a day. in the event of late receipt, the submitted requests to participate will be considered by the next submission deadline. the client reserves the right to request pharmaceutical companies, in compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment, to submit, complete or correct (additional request) missing, incomplete or incorrect documents (in particular declarations, information and evidence). the pharmaceutical company must submit the documents within a period specified in the calendar at the request of the client. if the requested documents are not submitted within the deadline, the application to participate can be excluded or only considered at the next submission deadline. regardless of t
