The bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: 1. For Mechanical, Electrical & Civil works: 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice.
2. For Plant & machineries related in Poultry Farm: - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice for 2 similar nature of work. - One single running work of similar nature of work which has been completed on the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value.
3. For Joint Venture: - Machineries agency: 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender. - Electrical agency: 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender. Formulas:
- For single work: (Value of similar work / Estimated amount put to tender) * 100 >= 40% (or 30% for plant & machineries related work)
- For two similar works: (Value of each similar work / Estimated amount put to tender) * 100 >= 30%
- For joint venture: (Value of machineries work / Estimated amount of total works) * 100 >= 60% and (Value of electrical work / Estimated amount of electrical works) * 100 >= 10%
- Available Bid Capacity = (A+N+M-B) Where: A: Maximum value of Civil Engineering work updated to the price level of the last 5 years at the rate of 8 percent simple interest per year. N: 1.0 if completion time is more than 6 months, 0.5 if completion time is less than or equal to 6 months M: 3 B: Value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the work for which bids are invited.

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- A minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, which is Rs. 9,46,51,200/-
- 2 similar nature of works, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, which is Rs. 7,09,98,400/-
- A single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to an extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at (i) above, which is Rs. 9,46,51,200/- In case of a joint venture, the Machineries agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender, which is Rs. 14,19,76,800/-, and the electrical agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender, with no specific value mentioned for electrical works. The bidder should have experience under any department of State Government for similar works, with a satisfactory completion certificate to be provided. The bidder should also provide details of similar type of work completed/ongoing, including the description of work, place and state, contract number and date, name and address of the employer, value of contract, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed.
