Description 1. One (1) Year Provision Of Security Services At Angeles Sisters National High School, Rendering One (1) Shifts: 6:00 Am - 6:00 Pm; > Seven (7) Days, 12 Hours A Week (mondays To Sundays, Including Holidays) > One (1) Security Guard Required 2. The Service Provider Shall Provide One (1) Security Guard Who Are: A. Of Good Moral Character And Without Criminal Or Police Records; B. Physically And Mentally Fit, As Evidence By The Medical Certificate; And C. Duly Trained And Skilled To Function As Security Guard. D. Fully Vaccinated *the Service Provider, Upon Receipt Of The Notice Of Award, Shall Be Required To Submit To Angeles Sisters National High School A Sworn Statement Attesting The Compliance With The Foregoing. 3. The Service Provider Shall Assign A Roving Supervisor From Its Own Account To Monitor The Performance Of The Security Guards’ Attendance And Handle Consolidation Of Daily Time Cards Periodically In Preparation For The Billing To Angeles Sisters National High School. 4. The Service Provider And Security Guards Shall Perform Duties And Responsibilities In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference For The Contract And Security Plan To Be Submitted By The Service Provider During Contract Implementation. Resources: A) At Least Has Met The Minimum Requirement Set By Law. B) Must Have Employed At Least 10 Security Guards (attached List Of Security Guards Presently Employed With The Agency). Likewise, The Service Provider Should Have A Physical Office In Cagayan De Oro City And Working Phone Numbers For Easy Contact.
