Eligibility Requirements: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. - The bidder should be an established IT/ Telecom/Security Surveillance Solutions System Integrator and should have been engaged in setting-up and Operations & Maintenance Services of Network (Active or Passive) or Data Centers for a period of at least 7 years as on bid submission date. - OEM should have presence in India since last 10 years. - CCTV OEM should have own Service Center in Consignee State since Last 5 years. 2. Past Performance: - 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. Values: - 3 years (experience criteria) - 50% (past performance) - 25 percent (option clause for increasing or decreasing the quantity to be ordered) Technical Certifications: - ISO 9001 certification - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - ONVIF Profile S&T; Model should be Available on Conformant Models List - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 27032, CMMI LEVEL - 5 and CE, FCC & RoHS certifications - Cyber security certificate from Indian Government body for mitigating cyber security risk - NDAA/UL Cyber Security certificate/GDPR/NIST/TPM/Cyber security Chipset/Any other cyber security certificate from Indian Government body for mitigating cyber security risk - Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) - Valid GST and PAN numbers
