The Amadeo Water District, Through The Cy 2024 Corporate Budget Approved By The Governing Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Six Hundred Forty-four Pesos And Eighty-two Centavos (php 2,195,644.82) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Expansion Of 3”ø Distribution Lines Of Awd In Barangays Pangil And Halang, Amadeo, Cavite – Awd Pb 2024-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Amadeo Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
