The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Degree Holder Engineer with 2 years of experience and a Diploma Holder Engineer with 2 years of experience. The bidder should have prior work experience of similar works, with an average annual financial turnover of not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs 365.45 Lakh. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs 109.635 Lakh. The bidder should have experience of similar works, with a value of not less than Rs 365.45 Lakh. The similar works should have a cost of not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works, or not less than 60% for two similar completed works, or not less than 80% for one similar completed work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value to work at a simple rate of 7% per annum calculated from the date of completion to the last date of receipt of applications for tenders. The bidder needs to provide information about the project name, actual value of work done, date of start and completion, and enhanced value of work done calculated after adding 7% per annum of the actual value of work done. The enhanced value of work done is calculated by adding 7% per annum of the actual value of work done. The bidder should have an average annual turnover for any 3 previous financial years, and the bidding capacity for projects of value more than Rs 5 Crore should be as specified. The bidder should have a solvency certificate issued by a scheduled bank, with an amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs 109.635 Lakh. The bidding capacity shall be worked out by the formula: Bidding = (A x N) / (2 x B), where A is the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which bids have been invited. The bidder should have an income tax return for the last 3 years, and the bidder needs to provide details of completed projects during the last 5 years, along with the actual value of work done, enhanced value of work done, and turnover for the last three financial years. The values should be in lakhs (100,000 units of the local currency), and the bidder needs to provide certificates from the concerned authorities. The bidder should be a firm or contractor of repute who has carried out similar works of similar nature and magnitude, satisfactorily completed in Govt/Semi Govt/PSU/Housing Board/Corporations during the last 5 years. The percentage of similar works completed is not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work.
