The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following conditions: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 210000000.
