Work Shall Include The Installation Of A New Bridge Culvert Over Atimoswe Creek, Located 6 Km Southwest Of The Town Of Elk Point (sw 03-57-07-w4m). The Contractor Shall Install A 4.3 M Diameter Structural Plate Corrugated Steel Pipe (spcsp) Culvert By 34.14 M Invert Length As Per The Drawings And Section 18 Of The Standard Specifications For Bridge Construction. The Culvert Will Be Located On A 5-degree Lhf Skew To The Local Road, Centred At Station 5+548.000. The Scope Of The Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: − Site Isolation, Turbidity Monitoring And Fish Capture And Release − Demolition And Disposal Of Existing Bridge Structure − Excavation, Including Installation Of Geotextile Filter Fabric − Haul And Assembly Of Culvert Materials − Placement And Compaction Of Backfill, Including Backfill Material Testing − Concrete End Treatments, Including Testing And Small Bridge Plaque − Installation Of Heavy Rock Riprap Erosion Protection − Supply And Installation Of Guardrail
