Support Our Total Rewards Team In Evaluating Our Global Benefits Strategy And Framework That Supports Our Company's Vision, Mission, And Values, As Well As Our Talent Attraction, Retention, And Engagement Objectives. Provide Feedback And Support For Our Global Benefits Program That Covers Health And Wellness, Retirement, Life And Disability, Employee Assistance, And Other Relevant Benefits For Our Employees And Their Dependents. Provide Ongoing Benefits Administration, Communication, Education, And Compliance Support To Our Company And Our Employees. Monitor And Evaluate The Performance, Utilization, And Satisfaction Of The Global Benefits Program And Provide Recommendations For Continuous Improvement. Assist Our Total Rewards With Yearly Renewal Negotiations With Our Benefits Vendors Globally. Maximize The Value Our Employees Receive From Employee Benefits. Ensure Aimco Receives Optimal Service From Their Benefits Provider And Remediate Any Issues. Recommend Ways To Optimize Our Benefits Offering By Recommending Plan Design Alternatives, Service Providers And Products In Employee Benefits And Retirement Planning That Will Maximize Potential Cost Savings.
