Contract notice: Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in alba iulia lot 2 - block 14a, Block 13b, Block cf11, Block mv1-mv7, Mv2-mv12 and lot 3 - block d3-d4, Block d-d3, Block 8 - smis code 2014: +121679 financed by the regional operational program 2014-2020 By signing by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, ADR Center and Alba Iulia Municipality the financing contract no. 4043 / 19.03.2019, eight blocks of flats in Alba Iulia, respectively Block 14A, Block 13B, Block CF11, Block MV1-MV7, MV2-MV12, Block D3-D4, Block D2 - D3, Block 8 from Alba Iulia have been admitted for funding under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 3, Investment Priority 3.1 - Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and the use of energy from renewable sources in public infrastructure, including public buildings, and in housing sector, Operation A- Residential buildings. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of apartment buildings built between 1950-1990 so as to produce reductions in energy consumption, maintenance costs, CO2 emissions and thus improve the interior comfort of homes. The general objective of this project is to increase the energy performance of five residential buildings in Alba Iulia with 548 apartments for housing, in the context of ensuring an optimal quality of life of their inhabitants. Object of the acquisition: Execution works will be purchased within the project: "Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in Alba Iulia - lot 2" for two blocks of flats with 203 apartments - Block MV1-MV7 and MV2-MV12. The intervention works established by the technical project related to each block of flats involved are: - thermal insulation of the opaque part of the facades; - replacement of carpentry, closing of balconies; - thermal insulation of the floor over the top floor; - thermal insulation of the floor above the basement for the blocks of flats on the ground floor intended for living; - facade repair works and surface preparation for heating system application, - exterior finishes; - rehabilitation of trusses; - dismantling / assembly works of installations apparently mounted on the block; - elevator upgrades as appropriate; - thermal insulation of plinths and execution of guard sidewalks where there are apartments on the ground floor.
