The bidder should have experience of similar nature of work with a single contract value of 98.67 Crores on EPC Mode/Turn Key (Design & Build) Basis during the last 7 years. The experience of similar works completed during the last 7 years shall be considered for pre-qualification, with at least 80% (value wise) or more works under the contract substantially completed. The similar nature of work includes composite work of Centrally Air-conditioned Buildings, such as Airport Terminal Buildings, 5 Star Hotels, Underground Metro Terminals, Shopping Malls, and others. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 49.34 Crores, or two works, each of Rs. 61.67 Crores, or one work of Rs. 98.67 Crores in a single contract of a similar nature of work on EPC Mode/Turn Key (Design & Build) Basis during the last 07 (seven) years. In terms of monetary values, the bidder should have an annualized average financial turnover of Rs. 43.66 Crores on construction works during the last three years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work of Rs 197.34 Crores, with at least 50% of which is from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works. The bidder should also have achieved an average monthly financial turnover/progress of at least Rs. 7.28 crore per month.
