The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience of similar services for at least 7 years, specifically in Mechanized cleaning of various establishments such as airport terminals, non-residential PSU/Govt. office buildings, and others. The bidder should submit relevant work experience certificates to the tune of: - 03 works each of 40% of annual estimated value, which is 91 Lakhs, - or 02 works each of 50% of the annual estimated value, which is 113 Lakhs, - or 01 work of 80% value of the annual estimated value, which is 182 lakhs in the last 07 years. Alternatively, the bidder must have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with copies of relevant contracts/orders to be uploaded along with the bid. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the required prior work experience including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. The client certificate for experience should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work.
