The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated by: i) Three separate works each costing not less than Rs. 2,45,93,130/- (excluding GST) ii) Two separate works each costing not less than Rs. 3,07,41,413/- (excluding GST) iii) One work costing not less than Rs. 4,91,86,261/- (excluding GST) The substantial completion should be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. At least 50 percent of the annual value of general construction work should be from Engineering (Civil/Electrical) construction works.
