2. For two similar services: 50% of the estimated bid value = 60,000,000
3. For one similar service: 80% of the estimated bid value = 96,000,000 These calculations provide the bid capacity required for each scenario based on the value and formulas provided.

The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for the same or similar service. The bidder should have past experience of similar services. There are specific requirements for the number of similar completed services, which are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years is 150 Lakh. The bidder should have provided similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU.
