Bids Received In Excess Of Each Item/lot Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Textiles To Be Used For The Support To Las Nieves Delegation To The 2024 Provincial Athletic Meet.. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
