The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the bidder as a prime contractor, as a member of a joint venture, or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have completed similar works, and the experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria. Specific details on prior work experience include: * Total value of Civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. * Work performed as prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, on works of a similar nature over the last five years, with details such as project name, employer, description of work, contract value, and dates of commencement and completion. * Quantities of work executed as prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, in the last five years. Mentioned values and percentages include: * 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract (Rs. 2,69,66,965.00) * 30 percent of the qualifying criteria for joint venture partners * 50 percent of all criteria for the lead partner in a joint venture * 90 percent completion of works considered as substantially completed.
