The Agricultural Training Institute-regional Training Center Mimaropa, Through The 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Procure Food And Catering Services With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of One Million Forty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 1,046,750.00). 2. The Ati-rtc Mimaropa Bids And Award Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Mentioned Goods And Services. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Procurement Project Is Negotiated Procurement Due To Two-failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Selection Of Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Set Deadline By The Bac And Which Could Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications Required. 4.
