All Work Must Be Performed In Strict Accordance With Attached Specifications. contractor Must Provide All Materials, Labor, And Equipment To Replace A Roof-mount Heat Pump For The Main Office Area In Building 1. The New Heat Pumps Must Be Energy Star-qualified Or Femp-designated (r-410a Refrigerant; 15 Seer/12.5 Eer/8.2 Hspf Minimum). The Supply Voltage Must Be 208v. The New Hvac Unit Must Be The Same Size And Capacity As The Exiting Units And Have A Factory Warranty Of At Least 1 Year For Parts And 5 Years For The Compressor.
