The Exterior Shell Of The Building (the Building Envelope) Consists Of Precast Concrete Panels, Aluminum Frame Dual Glazed Windows And Curtain Walls, And A Concrete Roof Deck Covered With Thermoplastic And Epdm Roof Assemblies. Base Clin: Consists Of Improvements To Mitigate The Exterior Envelope System Deficiencies. Improvements Include But Are Not Limited To Removing And Replacing Sealants At Curtainwall, Storefront, And Louver Systems, Removing And Replacing Precast Concrete Panel Joint Sealants (vertical And Horizontal). Other Improvements Will Replace Existing Thresholds And Repairing Interior Soffits And Jambs At All Openings. Clin Option 1: Consists Of Roofing Improvements.
