The U.s. Department Of Agriculture Proposes To Award A Firm Fixed Price Contract To Provide All Materials, Labor, And Equipment To Design And Build An Approximately 987 Square Foot Concrete Pad In Raleigh, Nc, Per The Attached Statement Of Work (sow). this Solicitation Document Incorporates Those Provision And Clauses In Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.  the Contractor Shall Design And Build An Approximately 987 Square Foot Concrete Pad That Will Be Used To Store A Seed Dryer. It Will Be Connected To The Existing Pad That Is Located Next To Building 36 At The Agricultural Research Service (ars) Facility. The Facility Is Located At 3512 Midpines Road Raleigh, Nc. The Concrete Pad Shall Be At Least Six Inches Thick With Rebar Reinforcement And Must Be Able To Handle The Weight That The Pad Will Encounter During Cyclical And Static Loading.
