The bidder should have prior work experience in the field of Infrastructure Development, specifically: - Total monetary value of construction work in the field of Infrastructure Development performed for each of the last Five years.
- Experience in works of a similar nature for each of the last seven years, and details of works underway or contractually committed in next two years. The bidder should have completed civil engineering works, with the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years between 2019-20 to 2023-2024. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed works under one contract during the last 07 financial years from 2018-19 to 2023-2024. Experience as a subcontractor, nodal agency, or project management consultant is not considered. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of the Estimated Cost Value (ECV) in civil construction works during the last 03 financial years ending 31st March 2024. The value and percentage of similar works completed are not explicitly mentioned, except for the following:
- The bidder should have eligible similar work(s) that has/have not been got executed through another contractor on back to back basis.
- The bidder should not have subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10% of the Bid Price.
- Sub-contractors' experience and resources are limited to 10% and shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder's compliance with the qualifying criteria.
- The bidder should have 50% of their work in Civil Construction during the last 03 financial years ending 31st March 2024. - The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum amount up to 25% of the contract value exclusively for this work during implementation.
- The bidder should have access to a line of credit and other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers, with a value of 10% of the contract value.
