Title: Competitive Dialogue For The Procurement Of High Speed Internet In Agder (1) description: The Contracting Authority For The Competition Is Agder County And 13 Municipalities In The Agder Region, Hereafter Called The Contracting Authority/customer. The Contracting Authority Is Represented In This Competition By Agder County. The Municipalities In Agder Have Worked For Many Years To Achieve The Development Of Future Orientated And Robust Broadband. Most Of The Work Has Been Channelled Through The Project Det Digitale Agder. As A Result Of A 2007 Agreement On "digital All-man Rights", A Major Development Of Infrastructure Was Carried Out. This Was A Temporary Agreement, And There Were Low Requirements For Speed, Set Up Against The Current Expectations. Agder County Administers The Scheme With Public Support For Broad Band Development And Together With Several Municipalities Has Prepared A Proposal For Development Projects That Qualify For A Government Support Scheme.
