Description: The Brandenburg Tourism Strategy (tsb) is the main tourism strategy for the state of Brandenburg and the multi-year framework for action for the further development of tourism in the state. The current strategy has been drawn up in a participatory process since 2021 and presented to the public in June 2023. In a next step, the previous implementation process of the Tsb is to be broadened and the tourism cluster management with its competencies and responsibilities is to be included. In order to continue an innovative and integrative process with as many stakeholders as possible and thus to give the tourism strategy greater effectiveness as a strategic tool for destination development and to initiate or optimize innovation processes in the tourism regions, it is necessary to intensify strategic cooperation within the cluster. The central building block for this is the "strategy academy for the implementation of the Brandenburg tourism strategy" advertised here. In this, key stakeholders are to be involved even more than before in the application of the Tsb on the basis of a workbook to be created. The conception and implementation of this strategy academy, including the creation of the workbook, are the immediate subject of the contract.
