Solicitations For Blanket Purchase Agreements May Be Issued For Districts In All The United States And Territories, Including Alaska, Hawaii, District Of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.s. Virgin Islands, District Of Guam, And The Commonwealth Of The Northern Mariana Islands.
