Tenders of Aalborg Universitet

The Contracting Authority hereby announces a tender for a framework agreement concerning the purchase and delivery of filters and filtration products for laboratory use. This is a joint tender carried out by the following contracting authorities: University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Aarhus University (AU), Aalborg University (AAU), Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and University of Copenhagen (KU). Collectively referred to as the “Contracting Authority”. Aalborg University has overall responsibility for the tender process. The tender concerns a 4-year framework agreement concerning the purchase and delivery of filters and filtration products for laboratory use. The purpose of the tender is to expose the universities’ purchases of filters and filtration products for laboratories to competition. Against this background, the framework agreement should help the Contracting Authority to obtain quality products at good prices. It is therefore crucial for the Contracting Authority that the tenderers focus in their tenders on offering good prices that correspond to the Contracting Authority’s size in the market. Separate framework agreements are entered into with up to three (3) suppliers. The tender is an assortment tender. For a more detailed description of the products tendered, including the requirements the products must meet, please refer to Appendix 2 – Tender List, as well as any correction sheets and answers to questions. The tender list is divided into the following product groups: • Centrifugal filter • Cell strainer • Paper filter • Filter plates • Glass filter • Syringe filter • Membrane filter • Filtration systems - complete • Filtration systems - top • Quartz filter The tender list constitutes the full range. It is intended that separate framework agreements have been entered into with up to three suppliers covering the products on the tender list, and the framework agreement is therefore not divided into sub-agreements for product groups.
