Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Through Special Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Work Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Reckoned From The Date Of Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) Or Notice Of Site Possession Whichever Comes Later.
