Part No. 1 - Purchase and Delivery of a Sterilizer Dryer for the Chemistry Department - 1 pcs. 2. The Subject of the Order must be completed within a maximum of: Thirty [30] Calendar Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 3. The deadline for the completion of the subject of the order indicated in point 4.1 Swz is the Maximum Deadline for the performance of the Subject of the Order. In the Bid Form, the Contractor may include a shorter deadline for the completion of the Subject of the Order, but not shorter than: Three [3] Calendar Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 4. The Contractor grants a Twenty-Four [24] Month Guarantee for the Subject of the Order. 5. The warranty period indicated in point 4 is the Minimum Period. The Contractor may include a longer warranty period in the Offer for the Offered Subject of the Order, but not longer than thirty-six [36] Months; pt. 19.5.3 Swz Applies. 6. The execution of the Subject of the Order is the Delivery of the Complete Subject of the Order (with parameters that meet the Ordering Party's requirements) to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, within the Order Completion Date. 7. The Subject of the Order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the Contractor's Remuneration (specified in the Offer).
