Demolition and Site Clearance - Demesne Street Recreation Ground Seacombe Wirral CH44 6PU-The complete demolition, including foundation and site clearance of three disused single storey buildings, Bowls Pavilion, Mess Room and Grounds Store, within the curtilage of the Recreation Ground. Building are built of traditional construction with brick walls, timber trussed pitched roofs of various roof coverings, timber windows (assumed) and concrete ground slab.
