Vivid Tender Result

Deed of Variation in relation to construction contract for the development at North Town-Vivid intends to enter into a deed of variation with Hill Partnership Limited (Hill), the effect of which will extend the duration of an existing construction contract between Vivid and Hill (the Underling Contract) by 100 weeks, and which will increase the value of the Underlying Contract by approximately £8,000,000 (eight million pounds).
