The invitation to tender applies to a framework agreement for the purchase of school camp places pupils in the primary and lower secondary school in mountain and inland area or coastal area. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services under this framework agreement for a total of approx. NOK 600,000 (Zone 1) and NOK 2,150,000 (Zone 2), excluding VAT per annum during the last years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Zone 1: Mountain/Inland area Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT.
