The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services in the areas of Voss, Odda and Kvam. An agreement will be signed with one tenderer per area. The framework agreements for plumbing work primarily apply to the operation and maintenance of the buildings, as well as minor reconstruction and maintenance projects. Call-offs may also be relevant in connection with necessary measures on adjacent buildings, where these are affected by the County's projects and activities.

Telephony and switchboard system for Vestland County. Vestland County needs a switchboard and customer centre system, and a telephony contract. The system must have intuitive interface and be available for all potential units, such as administration, dental clinics, schools, etc., in the entire county. We would primarily like a system that covers all needs, but we are also open for two different systems if this givs us the best total system. We expect a cloud system that is set up by the tenderer as a service, and which is also available via mobiles/app. It ought to be possible to integrate it with, amongst other things, the catalogue service (Azure-AD), HR-system, Teams/calendar for collecting information/organisation structure and authentication, as well as the journal system in dental health, school administrative system, Helpdesk system, in order to make inquiries about actual callers. The system must be taken into use without great cost for the set up and training.

Vestland County, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, is publishing a call for tenders on behalf of Kinn, Ulvik, Hyllestad, Alver, Vaksdal, Voss, Bjørnafjorden, Gulen, Fjaler, Høyanger, Samnanger, Øygarden, Masfjorden and Solund municipalities regarding the establishment and operation of a broadband network with supply of contents services in Vestland County.

This procurement will cover VLFK's needs related to gas and the rental of cansiters.

The procurement of personal IT equipment.

The objective of the announcement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of equipment for commercial kitchens. The procurement is divided into two product groups. Product group 1 covers smaller equipment for commercial kitchens, such as china, glassware, cups/mugs, etc. Product group 2 covers larger equipment and interior design. Further details of the delivery are given in Annex A - Requirement Specifications. The contract value for product group 1 is estimated at approximately NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year, NOK 6 million over 4 years. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 12 million over 4 years. The contract value for product group 2 is estimated at approximately NOK 1 million excluding VAT per year, NOK 4 million over 4 years. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 8 million over 4 years.

The project includes the construction of a new county road with associated infrastructure in the ground. The project has a stretch of approx. 4,8 km new 2-lane road. A road shall be constructed on the islands of Sula and Ytre Sula. The road shall be both cut and filled. The road shall be connected to fv. (County road) 606 in the northeast, just north of Daløy ferry landing. In the southeast the road shall be connected to fv. (County road) 5591 west of Nårøyna. A ferry service to Ytre Sula, Daløy - Haldorsneset is currently in operation. The work on the road shall form the basis for further work on the bridge itself.
