Norway-bergen: Construction Work

The assignment includes operation and maintenance assignments with functional responsibility for some of the assignments on county roads and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations/side areas. In addition, there will be some municipal and private roads that will be operated as county foot/bicycle paths.

Vestland County, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, is publishing a call for tenders on behalf of Askvoll, Høyanger, Voss, Etne and Vaksdal regarding the establishment and operation of a broadband network with supply of contents services in Vestland County. This call for tenders concerns part of the funds allocated in 2022 and the rest will be announced at a later date. The county is responsible for the joint publication of the tender contest, but the municipalities are the project owner, responsible contract party, and will see to the implementation of the development projects. The relevant subcontracts are listed in Annex A1 Overview of municipality-specific information. There is also a column where the budget per subcontract is indicated.

The aim of the procurement is to cover Vestland County's need for manual security guard services at Bergen Bus Station and external terminals for public transport. The need is to be met through fixed/regular assignments. The security guards will, through being on site, contribute to a safe and pleasant journey for those who use public transport. The security guards shall also assist with information to travellers if required. The contract is divided into two lots.

Åsen Helleskaret is currently forestry terrain without particular infrastructure. A new county road is to be established from Åsen to Helleskaret in accordance with development plan 4624_20050801 Fv.5156 Åsen Helleskaret. The area was deforested in spring 2022. Vestland County will construct a new road from Åsen to Helleskaret. The aim is to connect the areas Drange and Lysekloster with the new E39, as well as ensure safety for pedestrians and cyclists with a foot/cycle path. The contracting authority requests tenders for consultancy services in the form of a Construction Manager for the project regarding concrete renovation work on bridge in Vestland. Relevant projects are i.a.: Risnes, Lepsøysundet, Tofterøy and Herdlesundet in Hordaland, as well as Hamrøy, Oldersundet and Steinsund in Indre Sogn og Fjordane. The estimated scope is a 100% position for the entire contract period.

Vestland County needs to fully digitise the preparation, implementation and follow-up of political meetings and reduce the number of systems that are currently used for this. The contracting authority has a premise for the system that forms the basis of the vision. • Simple The new system must handle meeting summons, automatic proxy summons, speaker lists, distribution of proposals from the elected representatives and voting. The new system will provide better working conditions for administration and the elected officials, and will considerably reduce wasted time and sources of error in the current system. Vestland County would also like for the political meetings to be better communicated to the public through the new system. It follows from a decision by the Vestland County Council, case PS 81/20, that "in the announcement of new procurements and tenders, language requirements for software and possibly other digital aids must be set to the greatest extent possible". It is therefore required that the solution can be delivered in the Nynorsk language.

Vestland County would like to procure a new firewall system. Vestland County would thus like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for a firewall and firewall services.
