The winning bidder is being selected under the lowest price and most technically compliant criteria. Prices were requested at an hourly rate for items 1-4 and for items 5 and 6 a fixed price was requested. Final total amounts may vary for items 1-4 depending on the number of hours to develop the job, never the less, a minimum of hours indicated in the schedule price form is guaranteed.
