Provision of Architectural Building Maintenance Services to the University of Limerick-The selected Contractor will provide an Architectural building maintenance service for University of Limerick property in accordance with the schedule of accommodation. The service will include the maintenance of the building fabric, furniture, fittings and decoration, as directed by the Buildings & Estates Department .
