New Student Centre (Completion Contract)-The New Student Centre comprises the construction of a three storey over partialbasement Student Centre, floor area approximately 3,600 m2, providing a foyerspace, auditorium (150seat), meeting rooms, offices, a shop and coffee dock, along with new landscape paving and external works including enclosed bicycle shelters.
