Cytoflex S flow cytometer-The existing 5 laser Fortessa is often booked to maximum capacity, resulting in long waiting times for researchers for who the capacity of the Cytoflex in its current set up is not sufficient. S200 Singulator-The end user requires a machine that can automatically (hands-off to reduce human-induced errors) produce standardised and reproducible tissue dissociation solutions. Through market research the end user has identified the S2 Genomics Singulator™ 200 as being the only unit capable of meeting this requirement.

5LSR Flow Cytometer-The IRR flow cytometry facility is the only provider of flow cytometry on the Little France campus. To meet the increasing demand for flow cytometry analysis from our growing user base, we are looking to expand and update our equipment. Autoclaves & Washers-(SC Ref:766701) The Queen’s Medical Research Institute (QMRI) has received funding to purchase 2 x Autoclaves and 2 x Glasswashers. This equipment is essential to the facility and is used to sterilise biological waste before removal from the site and to clean laboratory glassware.
