Lift Depth Is Typically Measured From Pier Grade To Bottom Of Load Blocks. We Are Suggesting The Intent May “below Grade” As Opposed To “below The Water Line”. Also, Load Blocks Are Not Intended To Drop Below Water Level. We Are Questioning If This May Be A Typographical Error. Please Clarify.
