Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for contracts in the project ‘Framework Agreement for Engineering Design and Consultancy Services Dams and River Systems'. The contracting authority requests tenders from consultants with the professional, technical and financial basis required for the contract. Furthermore, experience from assignments with relevance to the subject areas mentioned in the tender documents is required. The contest will be held via the contracting authority's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and tender submission must take place via Mercell. 

The assignment is tunnelling and directional drilling of pipelines from Nidarvoll School and through Bratsbergvegen, and down under Sluppenvegeven to the connection point by the E6 at Sulppen. The notice also includes completion of the park and stream opening in the park to the north of Nidarvoll School, hereafter called Cabobanen. The turnkey contract also includes engineering design services for and the establishment of a foot and cycle path along Bratsbergveien, with overpasses to the adjacent pavement.
