Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority and/or contracting authority, invites tenderers to a contest with negotiations for an electronic lock system (eLock). The system can consist of different types of equipment, but the main system must not consist of using a key box. A framework agreement will be signed for the offered equipment, and a SSA-L contract for the delivery of an administration system. These contracts are to be seen as a whole, but they will have separate provisions on the duration. This means that the contract for the administration system can end at a different time than the framework agreement for the procurement of equipment, for example, if the contracting authority enters into a new contact for equipment with another supplier with a different administration system, but at the same time would like to use the equipment delivered in this contract for its lifetime.

Trondheim Municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of cleaning machines for the Contracting Authority's units.

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an restricted tender contest for a contract in the Kongsvegen Granåsen project. The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical, and financial basis required to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent works for the execution of the contract work mentioned above in accordance with the tender documentation. The contest will be held via the municipality's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and submission of tenders must go via the tender management tool (KGV). 

The Contracting Authority request tenders for the procurement and delivery of: - Bus trips within Trondheim Municipality - Bus trips outside Trondheim Municipality - Bus trips to/from the Falstad Centre The contracts mainly applies to schools, but it can also be used by others in the municipality. Trips to/from the Falstad Centre are made every spring for pupils in the 9th year at secondary school in Trondheim.

Trondheim Municipality held an open tender contest for the "Transport and handling of manure from Jonsvatnet's drainage basin 2023-2027". Trondheim Municipality, c/o Trondheim Urban Operations, hereafter called the contracting authority, will follow-up the contract, c/o the named contact person at Vikelvdalen Water Treatment Plant, (VIVA).

Trondheim Municipality has held an open tender contest for a framework agreement for rock and gravel matter including gritting sand for the municipality's entities. The framework agreement will replace two expiring framework agreements.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of ventilation filters. 

Publication of contract award. Trondheim municipality, hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, invites prequalified tenderers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System - purchase and delivery of furniture for Trondheim municipality to provide a furniture offering to Nidarvoll and Sunnland schools. Refer to the tender documentation for the dynamic purchasing system for the applicable contest rules. Trondheim Municipality has entered into a new framework agreement for the lease and service/maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers, with the procurement of associated ingredients. The contracting authority would like a contract for the standardised selection of items specified in the product overview in the Price and Product Sheet, tab 2 - Price Sheet Contract Products. Discounted prices for the supplier's other assortment within the product categories were also requested by the municipality, cf. Price and Product Sheet, tab 3 - Discounted Products.
