Tender Results of Trondheim Kommune

The assignment is tunnelling and directional drilling of pipelines from Nidarvoll School and through Bratsbergvegen, and down under Sluppenvegeven to the connection point by the E6 at Sulppen. The notice also includes completion of the park and stream opening in the park to the north of Nidarvoll School, hereafter called Cabobanen. The turnkey contract also includes engineering design services for and the establishment of a foot and cycle path along Bratsbergveien, with overpasses to the adjacent pavement.  

A construction plan is to be made for a foot and cycle path from Reppe (Reppevegen) to Vikåsen (Vikelvvegen X Vikåsen). The section is approx. 1150 m and includes a new bridge over Vikelva downstream from Nydammen. The foot and cycle path must be lit. There are strict requirements regarding environmental follow-up in the project.

The Contracting Authority request tenders for the procurement and delivery of: - Bus trips within Trondheim Municipality - Bus trips outside Trondheim Municipality - Bus trips to/from the Falstad Centre The contracts mainly applies to schools, but it can also be used by others in the municipality. Trips to/from the Falstad Centre are made every spring for pupils in the 9th year at secondary school in Trondheim.

Award of contract notice for security guard services for the city hall. Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of manual security guard services. The scheme will be used for contracts from and including NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. Assignments for less than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT will be procured under framework agreements. 

Trondheim Municipality has held an open tender contest for a framework agreement for rock and gravel matter including gritting sand for the municipality's entities. The framework agreement will replace two expiring framework agreements.

Trondheim Municipality held an open tender contest for the "Transport and handling of manure from Jonsvatnet's drainage basin 2023-2027". Trondheim Municipality, c/o Trondheim Urban Operations, hereafter called the contracting authority, will follow-up the contract, c/o the named contact person at Vikelvdalen Water Treatment Plant, (VIVA).

Publication of contract award. Trondheim municipality, hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, invites prequalified tenderers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System - purchase and delivery of furniture for Trondheim municipality to provide a furniture offering to Nidarvoll and Sunnland schools. Trondheim Municipality has entered into a new framework agreement for the lease and service/maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers, with the procurement of associated ingredients. The contracting authority would like a contract for the standardised selection of items specified in the product overview in the Price and Product Sheet, tab 2 - Price Sheet Contract Products. Discounted prices for the supplier's other assortment within the product categories were also requested by the municipality, cf. Price and Product Sheet, tab 3 - Discounted Products.

Publication of contract award. Trondheim Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for fire protection courses, first aid courses and life saving courses for the municipality´s entities. Fire protection courses, theories and practical exercises for health buildings in risk class 6 that cover: - Evacuation with focus on the unit’s fire instructions/internal routines, including evaluation - Practical fire extinguishing exercises/alarm exercises Fire protection course, theory and practical exercises for other entities including growth and education First aid courses - First aid courses for health buildings in risk class 6  - First aid courses for other units including growth and education Lifesaving course for all units including growth and education cf. Regulations of the Education Act § 12-1. - Lifesaving courses, both for swimming pools indoors and for water outdoors. All units in Trondheim municipality can use the contract. The courses must be held when required by the contracting authority.
